Scotty was raised working on his family farm in northern TX. After earning a B.S. in Agricultural Economics at TAMU, he went on to manage an irrigated cotton farm and finally went on to serve 35 years at FSA with the final 11 being in Washington DC as Program Manager of LFP and NAP Forage. Scotty currently owns his family farm in Knox County, TX where wheat and stocker cattle are raised.
Kim grew up on his father's farm near Floyd, NM, and has an Agriculture Engineering degree from NMSU. Mandi grew up in Farwell, TX, and has lived in Texico, NM for the past 11 years. Mandi has 15 years of bookkeeping experience for large farm and dairy industries, along with 3 years of business ownership.
Kaylee was raised working on her family ranch in Northern NM. She was an active member of the Eastern New Mexico University rodeo team and received her BS in Agribusiness from Eastern New Mexico University. Kaylee has bookkeeping experience working for a bank, and 2 plus years as an equestrian caretaker.
Lexus is from Franklin, TX, where her roots in cattle care were nurtured through active participation in 4-H and FFA, where she also showcased her talent in livestock judging.
